- Dyer Junction in Commerce dedicated at the

Dyer - Sept. 24, 2011.
Historical note: This location is where the remaining remnants of the SP Paris Branch to Paris, TX (former Texas Midland) ties into the NETEX (former Cotton Belt main) line. This connection was made more recently in the railroad's life. Previoulsy, the Paris Branch was directly connected to the Cotton Belt's Sherman Branch. There were a number of other early configurations of this "junction," the original being an interlocking of the Sherman Branch and TM lines with the TM connecting with the Cotton Belt main just west of Park Street to run on a trackage rights agreement to Greenville.
